The more one is obsessed with God, the less one is innocent. It’s not possible to be conscious of divinity without guilt. Thus God is rarely to be found in an innocent soul.

Summary
There’s many things Naim pictures when thinking of Ryan Whelan. Like a scrapbook, pages flipping through his mind, polaroids of blonde curls and mischievous eyes.
So many things. Blood so bright and red Naim can almost feel it against his skin, ripped skin over pale knuckles, tears that taste of salt and hurt. He sees Ryan’s sunburnt shoulders and soft eyelashes. He sees his smile — so bright it rivals the sun.
He sees dark circles beneath bright blue eyes. Arms filled with bruises. Black eyes. Cut lips.
Kisses. So many kisses. The sweet kind. The angry kind. The sad kind. The beautiful kind.
Inspired by the song: BLOODY KNUCKLES by Coasting.

Summary
Ryan Whelan cannot accept that boys are pretty. The Deliverance Healer made sure to put that fear into him when he was eight years old.
But Ryan also cannot live without seeing Naim Reid. Watching him. Following him. Knowing where he is.
How can one boy be so fucking perfect?Naim Reid hates that place. That shithole has nothing for him: no friends, no escape, just a fanatically religious mother and a life he never wanted.
Then the messages begin and Naim fucking understands that he isn’t alone after all.
The problem is that whoever is watching him is completely fucking insane.Bookmarked by notcarlson
