Short curly brown hair, tussled cutely and two moles on his pale face contrasting soft pink lips and warm golden eyes looking at him with concern and curiosity. A blue red hood, and a softly glowing teardrop crystal earring on one side, and a wooden staff with a similar sapphire blue stone entwined on top.
The scent grew more complex, the lavender and sweetmilk giving way to an undercurrent of magic that tasted like fresh lightning, and the musky familiar tones of an omega.
Magic…that this man could maybe undo the curse…
The wolf prince pleadingly locked eyes with the mage, and let hope bloom in his chest.

Summary
He stared at its face, staring down at the ground. Jayce tilted his head… it kinda felt familiar. The statue had its arms and hands reached out, like it was giving something away. One of its hands was missing two fingers. The way Jayce stood now between it looked like the statue was reaching its arms out to him, about to embrace the child that did not know who he was.
Round gold eyes were the first thing Jayce saw, framed by rich brown waves. The other boy was pale with two moles on his face, one under his eye and above his mouth. He was sitting up on his elbows moving further away, wearing patched clothes with some purple stripes on parchment white, brown and olive green. Then he spoke, angry and accented.
“Who are you?” The boy asked like an accusation. Those warm golden eyes glared at him with something like fear, and he gasped when he looked up, seeing the strange place they were in. “Where — Where am I?”
Jayce also sat up, and he couldn’t help but feel amazed. Did Mister Statue hear him call for help? “I — I don’t know. Who are you?”

Young Jayce gets teleported to the apocalypse, as he finds and instantly befriends a Young Viktor, before they are meant to become partners. -

Summary
A part of Jayce screamed like it did when he shot his best friend, begging to stop. To fall to his knees and embrace Viktor like he desperately wanted. But Viktor’s life and the whole world hung in the balance, the mage keeping him on the path every time he almost gave in. The teardrop crystal embedded in his wrist resonated lightly, before fading into silence.
Viktor looked at him one last time, removing the rest of his clothes and helping his younger self do the same, before gently pushing V to lay down on the bed.
“You are welcome to join us, Jayce. You need only ask.”

Slowly rising, Talis now took both of his hands, reverently kissing each pulse point on his wrist. “You made me who I am. A better person, a better man. All I ever wanted was my partner, and you have always been everything to me.” Viktor’s heart raced, feeling like it was going to explode, and he shakily inhaled as his partner from the alternate future said those words again, sure and determined.

Jayce was the exception for a lot of things.
Viktor and Jayce are together physically as well as in Hextech, not realizing they both want to be more, even when Viktor takes on the Talis name, and their relationship progresses over the years.
