Summary
Kara Danvers is working as a war reporter for Catco Worldwide when she meets Lena Luthor, genius CEO of L-Corp. They quickly fall hard for each other. But with such demanding careers and each with their fair share of baggage, their relationship takes work. Kara is often out of the country and war takes its toll on her, while Lena is often traveling for business and still struggling under the weight of her family's sordid past.

Taking the opportunity to rid himself of his demanding wife, Maxwell Lord left Helena in a mental institution with no clue as to who she is--until a complete stranger arrives claiming that (He)Lena is the wife of Kara Danvers, a widowed carpenter with four kids living in the sleepy little town of Midvale. The blonde’s smile slowly dropped as she chuckled nervously. “Wha- what are you talking about, Lee?”
This was it. It was now or never. Lena took a deep breath before voicing out what she really had to say. “I want to file a divorce.”
Horror immediately dawned upon Kara’s face as soon as Lena uttered those words and it didn’t take a few more seconds before a tear ran down her cheek. “What? Why all of a sudden, Lee? Is it... is it me? Did I do something wrong? Tell me and I’ll try to make up for it.”
Lena swallowed a lump that was forming on her throat as she slowly shook her head. “No, you didn’t do something wrong.”
“Is there someone else?” Kara asked softly which caused an ache to Lena’s chest. She hates herself for hurting the sweet and innocent blonde but she has to do this for her and for Kara’s sake.
“Kara, no. there’s no one else. It’s- it’s me. I just… I just don’t feel the same anymore.”

Summary
Kara Danvers is in the middle of a successful junior year at Cornwall U. A prominant soccer star, Kara expects this season might be her chance at being scouted for a pro career. Unfortunately, her twin brother Alex throws a wrench in things when he asks Kara to "twin-swap" so he won't fail out at his own college, Illyria. Add one more terrible twist in Kara's life: her soccer team has just been cut.
Fortunately, it looks like Kara is in luck when she (or "Alex") earns a spot on the Illyria soccer team. She can continue pretending to be her brother for two weeks, right? That should be easy enough, if she can handle the affections of her new classmate Lena Luthor. Who, by the way, is being pursued by James Orsino... the captain of Kara's new soccer team.
One thing is for certain; Alex will be in for more than one big surprise when he returns to his life.
Of course this is an homage to She's the Man, which is an homage to Twelfth Night.
