"Breathe Tones, come on man you gotta breathe." Someone's shaking him, but he can't figure out who it is. There's hands on his shoulders, grounding him, he can hear voices, and God he's having a panic attack, he, Tony Stark is having a panic attack because the guy he thought was out of the picture a long time ago is back, and he has taken his child, his pseudo-son right in front of his nose.
And now, he's gone.
Or:
After years of struggle, alcohol and death, Tony finally has everything he ever wanted: Pepper and him are back together again, he and Steve have put their struggle behind them and moved on to something much better, and he's never been so happy to have his little spider-kid sticking on to him, even though he tried to keep him at arms-length at first.
Everything's good, everything's fine, but of course, the universe just can't let him keep that.
Peter's taken, his kid is gone and it's all his fault. He promised to keep the boy safe, he promised Peter would never have to worry about getting hurt, but now he has and if Tony doesn't find him, he might just break
But to be honest, he's pretty sure he already has.

"Wait, are you saying Ross is on his way right now?" Wanda asked from where she was sitting on the couch, her eyes glowing dangerously red.
Tony ran a hand through his hair "Yes, and if we don't do anything, he'll take Peter to court -that he will definitely win by the way- and send the kid to the Raft" Tony sighed "So we got like, 30 minutes before Ross storms this place, which means we need someone who can go undercover with Peter until this whole shit show is over" Tony clapped his hands together "So, any volunteers?" Tony looked around the room.
Or: After Thaddeus Ross (AKA Peter Parker's most hated person in the world) finds out about the identity of Spider-Man, Peter has to go into hiding with the help of Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes, which happens to be way farther away from his home than Peter first thought.

"Why didn't you tell me about this?" He asked, ignoring the way his voice cracked. Peter stared at him for a while, looking as if he was debating if Tony was serious or not, at the end, the kid decided to go with a sigh before shrugging.
"I don't know, I guess I thought it wasn't important" Tony sighed as he watched Peter turn his gaze towards his scars again.
"Peter-"
"what? It's true, why would it be important? I literally got them because I couldn't get my shit on hold and thought cutting my own wrist would make it better, there's way more important things than that"
OR: Under a beloved movie night between Starks and one Parker, Morgan finds weird looking scars on her brothers wrist, scars that Peter wished could go die in a hole.

A voice interrupted his thoughts. It wasn't his Spider sense that told him he was in danger but rather his mind. It was screaming at him to do something, that Skip was back and he needed to protect himself. And before he knew it, he was turning around and shooting at his target. The webs flew through the air and stuck one Tony Stark's hand to the wall.

OR: Peter had been traumatized more times than what most people knew. While everyone thought that grief is the only thing that is going through the teenagers head, it's way more, and Peter did his best not to let anyone -except his aunt and best friend- know . But of course, his 'lovely' mentor just had to convince him to tell him.
Sometimes, he wished their relationship had stayed professional.
At least then you don't have to know every single detail about a person

Peter wakes up with no memories, and his only link to his past is a man he doesn’t recognize, Quentin Beck. He explains that Peter was hurt by a man called Tony Stark, and that they’re hiding from the Avengers, a team of superheroes gone rogue. Although Peter’s scared, he knows that he can trust Beck as he explains their plan to get justice for all the terrible things that Tony Stark has done.
But there's an incessant tingling in the back of Peter's neck, and he doesn't understand what it means.
