I unexpectedly loved this fic. I knew when I read the summary that I would like it, but I absolutely loved reading the development from the first chapter and following along with the story until the last chapter. It quickly rose to one of my favorite fics that I've already re-read a few times and is one of the fics that I would consider a comfort to read. I love the authors writing so much, and this was so well-written and I loved it very much 😊

Andrew scoffed quietly to himself and set the phone on speaker to light his cigarette. Muffled, he said, “He better be eye candy if I’m coming to that dump.”
Andrew inhaled deep and closed his eyes for a moment before blowing the smoke out through his teeth. On the other end of the phone, just as he was bringing the cigarette back for another drag, he heard Wymack say, “Hey, my son wants to know if you’re cute.”
Andrew coughed up his lung at that surprise, but he didn’t miss the way that a distant voice piped up with “I want to say yes, sir.”

In the back of Andrew’s mind, he already knew the identity of the serial killer Nathaniel Wesiniski. It was impossible to not know. But he didn’t want to. He couldn’t.
It couldn’t be true.
But of course, it was.
Because Neil Josten was too perfect to be innocent.
(Little side note, some things about the characters are different; Aaron, Andrew, and Neil's heights have been changed to ones that are more realistic for their personalities lol, Andrew has grown out of his hatred for people as well as his inability to be touched {he is still sensitive about it, but he is okay with Neil feeling him up}, actually since this is a time skip, a lot of the characters are older and they have grown out of a few things. Just felt that adding this little note was a good idea!)
