Reki turns to stare at the pretentious asshat on the other side of the seat, finding the movement slightly taxing due to his heavy head and burning skin.
"I never said that I want you to do that."
Adam's striking eyes meet his. They flash bright red with every passing streetlight.
"You do, though," he says simply, and it's obvious that he knows that he's right.
After yet another beef against Adam, Reki finds himself in a surprising position; in heat and in bed together with the alpha of "S". As if that wasn't shocking enough, Adam makes it blatantly clear that it's not just a spur of the moment type-of-thing for him - he has desired Reki for well over a year, and now, finally, he has his chance to make the brazen young omega his.
While initially wary of Adam's intentions, Reki quickly gets swept up in the excitement, the attraction, and the budding affection. Curious to see if the sizzling sparks can turn into a steady flame, he agrees to give Adam a fair chance, but unequal gender dynamics, their fierce tempers, and the nine years between them prove to be greater challenges than either of them ever expected.

"What?" he wheezes, struggling to stop coughing.
A faint smirk appears on the lips that just spoke the words that almost ended his life.
"I said-"
"I heard you," Reki hisses. "Just give it up."
Adam's smile grows wider, and definitely more smug. "Now, now, Little Red. No need to get defensive. I was complimenting you."
Reki and Adam find themselves abandoned by their friends at the Shindo New Year's party. For some reason, Adam talks with him rather than his other guests, and it makes Reki really nervous. Adam has been a little distant with him lately, so he has no clue how to behave, and on top of it all - Adam looks far better than just "half-bad" in a black suit.

“Are you serious?” Iwaizumi looks… incredulous? Is that the right term, Tetsurou wonders. But he definitely is amused. “You’ve never noticed them calling each other Kuroo for an entire year?”
Wherein everyone decides to take the Kuroo name as both a joke, a bet, and a way to show that they really do care.
