Summary
Henry takes a fortifying breath and sticks his tongue out for Alex to look at.
“Okay good, now hold it up like this,” Alex says, holding his mouth open and sticking his tongue up against the roof of his mouth. Henry copies the motion, flinching when Alex grabs his chin and tilts his head up. He hums as he looks into Henry’s mouth, nodding to himself. “Damn, you have the perfect anatomy for a piercing.”
Henry’s not even sure if that’s a compliment, but his heart skips a beat. “Thank you.”

I thought we should be upfront about that.”
“Okay David. What is it that you think that this is?” Patrick mimicked David’s hand gesture.
David pressed his lips between his teeth. “We’re … friends. Who … sometimes fuck?” He looked away from Patrick, not wanting to see his reaction. He wasn’t sure why this felt difficult. It was just sex.
“Sure,” Patrick breathed out. “That works. Casual sex is fine by me.” There was something that flickered in his eyes when he said it, but David couldn’t place it.

Patrick's head is spinning. He feels like he's somehow missed half the conversation. It really shouldn't need to be said, but— "You're not," he tells David. "An omega."

In Language of Love: Part 4 (season 5) (Chapter 35) and in Language of Love: Growing Up Brewer (Chapters 28 & 29) we learned that Zach and Rachel believed that Patrick had a relationship with David before breaking up with Rachel and moving to Schitt’s Creek. In fact, they believe he had cheated on Rachel multiple times.
