Summary
This is far from the first "all possible Valyrian names list", but I made this one with 2 main utility-upping points in mind:
(A) cut out the combinations of known Valyrian prefixes/suffixes that aren't realistically usable as names due to (i) phonetic similarities to English words [ex. Baegal (bagel), Naegar (...y'all can figure that one out by yourselves, please)], or (ii) are just unwieldy/not aesthetically pleasing [ex. Daenaemon, which is indeed a combination of a known Valyrian prefix+suffix, but like... c'mon], as determined entirely subjectively by ✨moi✨.
(B) add some actually new names that fit into the general linguistic patterns [mostly via (i) coming up with more 3-letter 2-consonant prefixes like the pre-existing "Vis-", "Bal-", "Mat-", "Luc-", "Jac-", and (ii) honoring GRRM's tradition of fantasizing modern names into something that fits within Valyrian phonetics when possible (evidence: "Aemma", "Aethan", "Daena", "Saera", "Gael")].
I am sharing this list explicitly as a resource for fandom creators— all I ask in return is that you link back to this list under my name (krath on ao3 or admiringtheskies on tumblr) if you use an original name that I created. Thanks!
