After Odasaku died, dazai knew he couldn't stay in the mafia any longer. He decided to return to the part of Japan which he grew up in, a area that was still stuck in the Taisho Era.
He took the name Tomioka Giyuu to hide easier and began researching as best he could on a organization known as "The Demon Slayer Corps". He hadn't found much and had to rely mainly on what he knew as a child, eventually he became a demon slayer than(unsurprisingly) becoming a hashira.
He kept his distance from the other hashira to avoid becoming attached and eventually hurt, only truly ever speaking with the love hashira and mist hashira but it seemed life was going great for once.....until they showed up.
