He's not starving by any means, but he's hungry and he's picky. He can't just just feed off anyone's energy — well, no, he can, he just won't. He doesn't feed often, by choice, so when he does, it needs to be satisfying. And that means his prey has to enjoy their dreams every bit as much as Hongjoong enjoys his meal.
