Summary
When the king and queen of Dominic long for a child, the fairy queen Rhea helps them to have a daughter, Princess Annette. However, she turns on the king and queen when they forget to thank her, and casts a curse so that something unknown (but presumably awful) will happen if sunlight falls on Annette before her seventeenth birthday.
The royal family makes it work for a while, but soon before Annette's seventeenth birthday, an unexpected problem causes Annette to try and defy her curse, with disastrous results. Her beloved Prince Felix sets out to save her, but the two of them will need the help of Annette's lady-in-waiting Mercedes, Felix's best friend Sylvain, and the good fairy Byleth to break the curse and bring the perfect pair together!
