Summary
Parties are an amazing way to spend time with friends and celebrate life. It's also an amazing way to get into trouble.
Maybe the bad decisions began at the start of it all—Dunyarzad’s eager smile as she invited Tighnari and Cyno to her house party. It had seemed so innocent at the time. A simple get together of friends to welcome Dunyarzad into the world of drinking now that she was recovering from the after effects of Eleazar. Or he could blame the crate Alhaitham carried in: bottles of Mondstadt’s finest. Most of them could tuck back a whole bottle on their own, but combined with the Inazuman sake Dehya had scored and the fire-water Cyno snuck in, it was a deadly finish to their judgements.
Dehya was likely the most offensive culprit, leaning in as though telling a secret in semi-slurred speech as she placed an empty bottle on the middle of the coffee table.
“Let’s play spin the bottle!”

“What,” says Mom, in that flat voice she gets when she's trying not to sound surprised.
“...what?” says Dad, who clearly hadn't been listening. That's fine, Shane forgets to listen too, sometimes.
“I keep dreaming people I don't know,” Shane repeats patiently. He can be patient.
Shane Hollander habitually ends up in other people's dreams, which is fine. It's a family trait, on both sides, to slip into the dreams of the people you love. What's less fine is how Shane keeps dreaming strangers.
Or: like if a soulmates au took several detours.

Summary
After overhearing a fascinating story about an obscure temple tucked into some corner of Liyue Harbor, Childe had only meant to have a little fun at Zhongli's expense; he'd earned at least that much after the Osial Incident. Unfortunately for Childe, his track record at outmaneuvering Zhongli isn't exactly stellar.
There's a not-quite hysterical cadence to Childe's quiet words as he leans in closer, sweeping a hand wide to encompass shelves heavy with hundreds upon hundreds of icons and figurines depicting Rex Lapis in various forms both draconic and human, lovingly crafted and singularly, proudly well-endowed. "This is your dick temple," he whispers, for emphasis. "Just — here, in the middle of Liyue Harbor?"
"Worship comes in many forms, as a servant of the Cryo Archon is surely well aware," Zhongli says serenely, eyes narrowing in suspicion when Childe makes a small strangled sound to avoid pointing out the unfortunate innuendo. "What god would turn away a sincere offering?"
"The Tsaritsa doesn't have a dick temple," Childe mutters.
