Summary
Ten years after his dip in the pit, Jason's health is failing, his soul being leeched from him day by day. The combined efforts of the family, and all of their allies is not enough to stop it, so Dick takes matters into his own hands. He will not tolerate a world where Jason no longer exists, whatever the path he must walk.
"The only way to save your beloved is to go back, to change the past so that he does not perish as a boy, and as such remove him from the circumstances leading to his untimely expiration"

Summary
The hood falls from Merlin’s head, and those same piercing blue eyes stare up at him, a burning defiance lit behind them even as he obeys.
He doesn’t lower his eyes in the face of Arthur’s rage, he continues to hold his gaze when he should be lowering them in deference to his station, and when he speaks his tone is as full of insolence as it ever was. “As you wish, sire.”
Arthur’s hand tightens where it still grasps Merlin’s shoulder, pinning him in place, keeping him from disappearing. He’s struck by the urge to pin him down like a lepidopterist's specimen, wings spread and suspended forever, just for Arthur. He sees Merlin flich, but doesn’t remove his hand, struck by the terror of watching Merlin walk away from him again.

“The queen wants to show that the Prince and the First Son are still deeply in love and committed to their countries.” Ellen swallows. “They want you to go on a tour of the Commonwealth together, to get the public to see those emails not as a sex scandal, but an invasion of privacy of a wholesome, loving relationship.”
“It was an invasion of privacy,” Alex says. He swallows. “Did they say what would happen if we say no?”
Ellen’s lips pinch tightly at the corners. “Then they will issue a full denial and Henry will tour the commonwealth himself.”
Alex doesn't hesitate. “Tell them we’ll do it. I’m not gonna let him do this alone."
It would kill him. Henry hates this shit. The public parading, the judgment. Having to do all of that, and deny who he is? Alex at least wants to be there, to hold his hand through it. Even if it's just as a friend.
It might kill Alex to pretend, but that’s a small price to pay to ensure Henry—his beautiful, vibrant, funny-as-hell, brilliant ex-not-quite-boyfriend—isn’t killed instead.

Summary
Dean likes to think he's done a pretty good job of holding it together since Cas moved in with them. Sure, their unspoken thing has been causing him some problems, and Dean still feels like Asshole of the Year for kicking Cas out of the Bunker after he Fell, but it's fine. He's fine. They're fine.
That is, until what should've been a run-of-the-mill hunt goes very, very wrong.
And then everything is about as far from fine as it gets.
