Summary

Summary
The mirrored wall showed Jayce's reflection, strong jawline sharpened with concentration. He kept a focused gaze on a spot three meters in front of him, which gave Viktor the freedom to watch him openly. Jayce took a deep breath, the movement expanding his chest. He unracked the weight and took a few controlled steps back. Viktor watched with bated breath as Jayce was about to start.
Descending into a squat, Jayce had perfect form, displaying his disciplined strength. His quads were thick and defined under his shorts and they strained under the heavy load. Jayce hit depth, paused for a fraction of a second, and then began the ascent back up. The muscles in his legs and glutes flexed, pushing powerfully against the force of gravity. A deep grunt escaped Jayce's mouth, and Viktor felt himself strain in his pants, wetness seeping into his shorts.
Modern AU Viktor gets turned on watching Jayce work out, and they end up fucking about it.

Ever so carefully- as if his hair were made of glass instead of silk and daydreams- Viktor reaches his hand out, his fingers stretching toward Jayce’s hair. He wavers for a moment, hesitating only a second- what if Jayce pulls away? What if he is misreading this whole scenario? What if he crosses a line that cannot be uncrossed-
He is laying with his head in your lap, Viktor chides himself. If anyone crossed a line, it was him. This is merely retaliation- the consequences of his actions. Something Jayce needs exposure to anyway.
And with that, Viktor slips his fingers into Jayce’s hair.

“Dr. Talis.” Viktor says softly. The answer is like a punch to the gut. Jayce has forgotten who he’s talking to. A spouse, in a different life. The notion alone is enough to almost bring those pesky tears back. That insane vulnerability in his brain, the tender and abused place of him that doesn’t know how to quantify such an idea.

Jayce is having the worst day of his life when he saves an injured cat and brings it home.
Except the cat is, in fact, a shapeshifting spirit (and also a drop dead gorgeous man), who claims that he's now bound to Jayce until he can repay his debt to Jayce for saving his life.
"Where's my— the cat?"
"I'm the cat," the man says, matter-of-factly with a confused tilt of his head. The angular ears swivel and flick as if to emphasize his point, and the dark tail makes itself known by waving in front of Jayce's vision, then wrapping itself around Jayce's wrist in a gentle coil.
Soft and fluffy, but ticklish, just like his cat should be.
"Uh," Jayce says in response. The man is obviously sporting the same ears and tail, but the whole situation makes no sense. "How…?"

There's a mole peeking out from underneath, and Jayce nuzzles in even closer to kiss it, and when the cloth shifts, he can see several more moles clustered nearby, in a shape a little smaller than Jayce's palm.
They're in the shape of the constellation Cassiopeia.
Jayce stops, staring at it.
A negative image of the sky, dark stars shining against the pale skin of Viktor's inner left thigh.
Viktor tries another shove and Jayce barely even notices it. He can't look away.
Viktor's hand loosens in Jayce's hair. "Ah, Jayce? Are you okay?"
"Uh. Uh, yeah," Jayce manages. "It's just, you just, uh. You have this little cluster of moles right here?" He brushes his thumb over them. "In the shape of Cassiopeia. The constellation."
"Yes?" Viktor props himself up on his elbows to look at Jayce more easily. "I have quite a few, I'm sure you have noticed. They are not harmful. Is it-- Do they bother you?"
"What? No! No, no, I just, um. I've seen them before."

“You were thinking about exactly what’s in your lap,” Viktor accuses, the slightest smirk curving his mouth, and oh, it is one of Jayce’s favourite expressions on him. But it does little to assuage Jayce’s panic. His hands are still now, frozen on his feet as he looks at Viktor. He feels like taking them away from the situation would make it worse.
Viktor breaks the pause, “you were looking at my feet, weren’t you?”
Jayce scoffs, feeling his heart kick up a few speeds in his chest. “Well, yeah, I was giving you a massage, of course I was looking at your feet.”
“You got an erection from feeling up my toes.”
