Summary
Classic trope, Winchester Drama version—Before the boys hit her with witch-killin’ bullets, the monster of the week puts a curse on Dean: either he has sex within five days, or his heart will give out. The catch? The curse was designed to make its target violent during sex, and naturally Dean refuses to put anyone’s life at risk to save his own. As the fifth day gets closer, a desperate Sam makes the choice for them both, by offering (with a little help from Castiel’s angel powers) the only person he’s willing to risk at Dean’s hands: himself. Only when it ends they’ve got bigger problems, because Sam never expected that a few nights pretending to be a stranger volunteering to take care of Dean could lead to such shocking discoveries about himself, his brother, and the strength of the bond tying their souls together.

Sam hasn’t always been in love with Dean. He is now though, and despite his initial reservations, they’re together and they’re happy. Things are surprisingly good between them. Or they are until Dean suddenly starts to shut Sam out without explanation and Sam is driven to making a mistake that Dean might not be able to forgive.
Packed full of brother issues and lover issues and angst and jealousy and insecurity and that special kind of dysfunction that only the Winchesters can deliver. It’s been minutes but Dean’s been starving for him, deprived of the depth of feeling.
“Hey, Sammy,” Dean says, weak to anything else, and watches the smile on Sam’s face, the way his face looks not contorted by grief like it had in the seconds before Dean had lost consciousness.
“Dean,” Sam says, and isn’t that the goddamn thing? Dean can’t take it a second more, the buzzing under his skin is indomitable.
He reaches forward, and Sam’s already pulling him into a hug.
Or: Sam gets to Heaven, and now they might actually have to get their shit together...

Summary
Sam and Dean are done. Out. Once their biggest battle was over and a last hunt almost took them out, settling down seemed like the best idea. A house of their own. Some animals. Sam even starts a garden. Sure, they're still the "freaks" they've always been. The people in town talk but their house back in the woods gives them the privacy they need and they have enough secrets to keep without having to keep them from nosy townsfolk.
Except, they find themselves taking care of a newly orphaned boy who might just be what they need to complete the life that they've made for themselves. Being fathers might not have been their plan, and they aren't exactly the type of people most would think of as fatherly types with what they've been through and the men they've had to be, but... somehow it quickly seems like this is exactly the last piece to the puzzle of the rest of their lives.Bookmarked by shinyfuryturtle

Sam is dependent on Dean's touch and closeness after the wall falls - Dean's presence reminds him of why he chose to wake up, and keeps the memories at bay, allowing Sam to function.

Apparently this is the very first omegaverse fic ever, originally written and posted on live journal in 2010, although the term omegaverse wasn't used until almost a year later. Never finished because writer got spooked that so many people were pissed about one of the characters that meant J2 weren't OTP. Definitely worth the read though.

Summary
Sam has spent six weeks searching for his dead brother only to find out that Dean is a demon and he's been living it up with the King of Hell. Crowley, however, has given up on Dean and handed him over to Sam. Dean of course has no wish to be cured and would rather keep the party going. It will take a lot to persuade Sam to give up on "fixing" Dean and accept the demon as his brother, and it means being led down a dark path.
"Vermilion" starts immediately following 10x02.

It's been a long time since things were this bad between them. Since the last time Dean decided he didn't give two shits about what Sam said. It's bad enough to make Sam cringe now, wondering how he'll ever get on Dean's good side again. If that's even possible. How does one say 'Sorry, I didn't rescue you from Purgatory'?
You don't, he thinks to himself.
Finding an empty house in the woods where hikers have been disappearing might not be the best place to finally clear the air, but it seems as if they won't have much choice once Sam gets taken and Dean is faced with just how bad Sam is dealing with their current conflict.
