Summary
Exhausted and in pain after a long battle on a frozen alien world, Deadlock readies his ship for takeoff as the Decepticon fleet prepares to pursue the fleeing Autobots. He runs through his preflight routine, keeping an audial on the encrypted bounty channel to distract him from his injuries.
When Soundwave’s distinct monotone voice announces an absurdly high bounty for a certain Autobot medic listed as missing in action, Deadlock slams the emergency abort launch button. Despite his pain, he has to find Ratchet before anyone else.

Every 50 vorns, Transformers throughout the galaxy celebrate the Festival of the Five--a holy celebration dedicated to each of the five gods of the Guiding Hand in turn, and each Festival is kicked off by a Race unique to its patron god. No matter which god is honored, the Victor's Prize remains the same: fame, riches, glory, and most of all, the chance to claim the mate of their choice before all and have their union blessed by the gods.
Drift has been waiting for what feels like forever for the Festival of Primus to come around again, and now that it has, nothing's going to stop him from winning the Race and the mech he loves.
The fact that Ratchet has no patience with gods, grand romantic gestures, or damn fools risking their lives is only a slight obstacle, right?

In the midst of Cybertron's most recent civil war, two fiery Decepticon warriors collide at full speed with the primary medic of the Autobots.
Did I say "collide"? I meant "accidentally get entangled in a long-term enemies-with-benefits situationship." Easy mix-up, right? It was certainly easy enough for the three of them.
(Or, in other words—a series of hotlocket vignettes of various interactions (mostly sexual) over the course of the war, featuring Decepticon!Hot Rod, only the tiniest amount of plot to underpin the porn, and everyone getting in over their heads with feelings.)
