“Hello?” You call out, fear wavering your voice only slightly.
You push into your apartment, movements slow and deliberate. Your eyes shoot wide open when your gaze fixes to your couch and you see Alex sitting there. Alex Kralie.
He stares at you for a moment, and you stare right back.
You look around the apartment. Nobody else is here. Just him. Alone on your couch. A thousand questions are running through your mind, but the one you choose to ask first is a little interesting.
“How long have you been here?” You ask dumbly, eyeing Alex up.
He shifts on the couch and then slowly rises. His hand is in his pocket and he seems to be holding onto something, concealing it from your view. That’s real comforting.
“Just an hour this time.”
OR
After a long day at work you come home to find the boy you used to have a crush on back in college, Alex, with a gun on your couch. Frightened, you call the cops to get him out of your apartment. But Alex isn’t having it and pulls a gun on you.

Tim's eyes snapped open again, disgust twisting his face up, like he'd just realised what his words had actually meant when he said Jay got off on this.
Jay watched as Tim straightened slightly, the tendons in his neck straining as he sucked on his own tongue to gather spit in his mouth. The hollow of his throat hollowed out more, and Tim leaned forwards and spat.
A little glob of white flashed from his lips to hit the roof of Jay’s mouth, and Jay closed his lips after it, licking it off his hard pallet.
It was gross, this whole thing was gross, but he couldn't help humming (almost moaning) appreciatively as Tim pressed his hand over his mouth, like he thought Jay would spit his saliva back out. Jay had no intention to do that. None at all. He savoured the saliva in his mouth, spreading it around with his tongue so he could taste the stale nicotine all around his own mouth. Tim’s spit was thick, like he hadn’t had enough to drink recently, and Jay stared up at him as he grimaced slightly at the taste of it.
Tim had spit in his mouth.
“Swallow it.”
Tim had pressed his hand over Jay’s mouth to force him to swallow it.

Summary
Welcome to S,IL a fic series about Jay and Alex's toxic relationship as well as about Jay and Tim's less toxic relationship. Lots of smut and angst ensue, poorly balanced out by nowhere near enough fluff. None of these guys are having a good time, not for long at least.
This version of the story has the fics ordered in the 'correct' order to read them in, however I have also made a version which has the fics in their 'canonical' chronological order as I think that that's a very interesting way to read them as it feels like the same events build into a very different story that way. This version of the story is the 'proper' order to read it in, and I'm hoping that it will also be the upload order for it as well, however sometimes the correct 'next fic' doesn't feel right to write and I instead focus on another. So if you find a fic ends up getting inserted into the series rather than being tacked on the end, that'll be why and hopefully it wont interrupt the flow of reading too much.
