Alyosha shifted in the snow, face quickly going hot under the weight of your body draped over him and the newfound glint in your eye that, by all means, he should’ve interpreted as dangerous. But it was the first time he could truly say that you looked like you wanted something from him, and if instinct was the culprit here, every last one of his told him to give that something to you, whatever it may be.
