That is, if they can get all the work done for it in time when Jayce is exhausted, overworked, and at risk of burning out entirely before they even make it there.
So when Jayce jokingly asks Viktor to take control and tell him what to do, in the hopes that it will help Jayce relax and get some much needed sleep before the competition, he was not expecting Viktor to so readily oblige. Nor was he expecting what happened after.

So when he stumbled upon a letter claiming to want to repair the cracks, he had to set the record straight. To chip off the jagged edges, before they could cut him again.But perhaps the Undercity just has it's own kind of glue.

Slow footsteps. And then, from behind one of their prototypes, comes – a boy. Nine, maybe ten years old. Pale, brown hair, golden eyes. Ragged clothes. Limping.
Jayce frowns. The family resemblance is obvious, but Viktor never mentioned that he had a brother. “Did Viktor bring you here?”
“Viktor?” the boy asks, frowning right back at him. “I’m Viktor.”
Due to a failed experiment, Viktor is turned into a child. Suddenly on his own and feeling desperately out of his depth, Jayce does his best to take care of him while also figuring out a way to bring his partner back.

The city is always bustling with activity, especially during the Jubilee festival.
Viktor Fiala, a well-regarded council member, finds himself in the commotion of the streets, as the city is alive with laughter, music, and food. Despite the excitement of the festival, Viktor's mind is troubled, knowing that he has been assigned to give a speech, a task that causes his nerves to wrack him.
However, the tranquility is soon interrupted by a fire breaking out in the city's historic monument. Amidst the panic, Viktor is also pickpocketed by a mysterious man in a hoodie, leaving him feeling that this incident is not a mere coincidence.
