Summary
After a little scuffle in the “Sierra 117” mission, Thel ‘Vadam finds that the Master Chief has a bit of an injury on his side. John-117 insists that he is okay, but the Arbiter persuades the Spartan-II to sit down anyway. With everyone else in the background focused on different topics, Thel presses a claw to Chief’s side.
It wasn’t supposed to do anything. He was only checking for anything that could compromise the Chief’s combat prowess. Instead, he discovered something else.
Master Chief stiffened, letting out a microscopic noise that the Sangheili had never heard before.
Thel stared at Master Chief.
