Summary
Bdubs just stared at the thing—not a thing, a monument. An intricate creation in a carefully constructed temple. It had everything from before; the four mounds, Joel’s helter-skelter and Ferris wheel, the worst house to ever exist with a globe sitting on top, and the eye-sore of a tower Mumbo and Pearl had put together. And to top it all off, there were four little miniature figures with sticks for limbs, standing in a circle as they had at the start of each week.
Or: Joel brings fragments of the Life Series into Hermitcraft. For better or worse.

Summary
Speaking softly to Joel felt weird. Because he was Joel, and nothing made that man happier than blood spilt by his hands. But sometimes, Bdubs would overhear Joel and Etho talking, and their voices wouldn’t reflect those performative declarations of love that had followed the soul bond, or the ruthless teasing, but they’d be tender. Within himself, Joel had the capabilities to be calm, just… not around Bdubs.
Or, Bdubs grows to care for Joel, and vice versa
