    Shane and Ilya have been married long enough to know there are many ways to show affection.
    Apparently, they've settled on trying to beat each other at everything.
    A perfectly ordinary morning becomes a series of increasingly ridiculous competitions, and by the time the Centaurs get to practice, Shane and Ilya are already keeping score.
    Then Coach Wiebe gives the team one very tempting reason to stay on the floor a little longer.
    Things get competitive.
    Things get sweaty.
    And eventually, the rest of the team starts wondering if they should give the married couple some privacy.

    Or: Shane and Ilya are disgustingly in love, competition is their favorite way to flirt, and their teammates would really appreciate it if they could stop making everything look like foreplay.

    Unfortunately for Shane Hollander, Ilya’s definition of normal includes saying “my husband Shane” at every possible opportunity, reposting thirst edits from his verified account, attaching himself to Shane in public like an emotionally unstable wolf, and treating every casual compliment as a personal threat to the sanctity of their marriage.

    Shane complains. Loudly. Often.

    He also never really tells him to stop.
