He’s quickly learning Joseph’s ticks and tricks, but this is something he hasn’t encountered before. He’s never seen a Joseph who hasn’t spoken a single word all day, not even when his mask was taken off for him to eat and then brush his teeth. He hasn’t seen a Joseph whose hands are constantly wrapping and re-wrapping his scarf around his hands so tightly that the tips of his fingers are turning bright red as the blood is squeezed into them. He hasn’t seen a Joseph who reacts so slowly to things, gotten so tripped up during training and so unfocused. He hasn’t seen a Joseph whose eyes are always looking right through whatever they’re supposed to be focused on and instead are looking at something so incredibly far away that Caesar doubts it’s even in the same hemisphere.
He doesn’t know what’s going on with Joseph, but his gut is telling him that it’s not good and that he needs to fix it.

Summary
Josuke Higashikata was so incredibly unlike his father. He had a sincere, serious attitude buried underneath the lackadaisy, and where Joseph might’ve panicked, he managed to stay focused, to keep moving with a clear head. He smiled when they were okay, and scowled when they were not. Sadness and fear were foreign to him, and in that way he was the optimal fighter.
Josuke Higashikata was so unfortunately like his nephew.

He’d grab – no, he’d cradle Paul’s slim fingers in his own, and pull him closer until he could feel the heat of his body. Paul would look down at him, through his infuriatingly long lashes, and his mouth would be slightly parted. Not in surprise, but with a smile. When their lips finally touch, Paul would sigh into the kiss happily.

I ran out of characters for the summary of what I am now calling Vol. I, so I decided to split this into a new work. So here's Vol. II of my Beatles fic outlines/ideas/plot bunnies. Mainly, but not all, with a McLennon focus. Free to a good home if anyone wants to take them and do something with them.
Chapter 1: Poly McCartneys, The Lost Weekend, and Linda deciding whether she wants to encourage Paul into some kind of relationship with John again.
Chapter 2: Paul learns that breast cancer can be hereditary, and that men can get it. John offers to help him check his chest, but it turns out they're both far more into it than they expected.
Chapter 3: Eddie escapes from Cavendish. John rescues him and brings him back to Paul. Paul is overwhelmed with gratitude. John is overwhelmed by Paul.
Chapter 4: In Scotland Paul drinks himself to death after Imagine comes out. In New York John finds himself stuck in a time loop.
Chapter 5: John and Paul broke up when Paul refused to come out. After the band breaks up Paul ends up in a relationship with another man. John reacts.
Chapter 6: The band is falling apart but they can't keep their hands off each other- except it's only when they've been arguing.Series
