This surprises Viktor, a slight rise of his brows betraying his indifference. Of course he cares about that— the sheriff’s been getting antsy about the murders in both Piltover and Zaun recently and one of her closest confidants knows exactly who it is.

Viktor leans back, looking over him, appraising him like he deserves. A good sign. Then he nods towards Jayce.

Jayce chokes, malfunctions.

When somebody slips to the Prophet that the mystery boyfriend is in fact Harry, he doesn’t know who else would be bothered to lie other than Malfoy himself. With only the slightest persuasion, Harry decides to head on up to Malfoy’s bedroom to confront him on the matter.
