When Aziraphale wakes up, the first thing he registers is the warmth against his back. There’s an arm slung over his side, and he’s nestled into a rather comfortable bed, his head resting on a perfectly plump pillow.
He knows where he is. He remembers everything, of course. But it’s also a bit like a haze. As if the memories of his current life are being pushed away to make room for the memories of his previous life. The life he thought had ended. Or, well, he didn’t think, did he? For years he’s just existed as this … Asa.

Or: Aziraphale wakes up to discover that he's regained his memories. Only ... Crowley hasn't.
Another fix-it, because I can't stand the thought of them not getting their proper happily ever after!

Summary
Once upon a time humankind and magical creatures like dragons, minotaurs, krakens, giants and others, agreed on a pact.
It came with rules and traditions that kept the balance in this world for a long, long time.
Crowley, a shapeshifting dragon, has been part of this system for as long as he could remember.
He guarded the castle, protected the princess and followed the given rules (with a certain amount of creative interpretation that is).
But when a certain knight arrives, who isn't particularly interested in the role given to him, the story begins to shift and a rather unusual arrangement unfurls.

Aziraphale Fell is known nationally as the meteorology anchor, Az Eastgate. He’s beloved by the people, and he loves his job as well, but he longs for the adventure that he believes comes with in-the-field reporting.
When Eric, who usually covers weather events, is injured and can’t travel to Tadfield to cover an incoming snowstorm, the station manager asks Aziraphale to cover it. It’s a dream come true - and then he finds out that he will be accompanied by the in-the-field cameraman, Crowley. Who just happens to be his work crush. The man he’s fairly sure he’s in love with.

Anthony Crowley, Crown Prince of Abbadon, has been ordered by his siblings, Beezle and Gabriel, to go to the neighboring, unfriendly kingdom of Gaia and wed their Crown Prince, sight unseen. He is to take his cousin, Anathema, and leave the very next day. To say he's resentful of this development would be a massive understatement.
Aziraphale Eastgate, Crown Prince of Gaia, has received a similar edict from his father, King Derek: He is to wed the Prince of Abbadon - sight unseen - in ten days. There is no way he could ever accept the idea of marriage to a barbarian from Abbadon. The very idea is preposterous. His heart is full of resentment, fury, and betrayal when he attempts to run away.

Summary
Anthony Crowley was going blind.
He'd been informed eleven months ago when it had become apparent his distance vision was getting worse and he’d reluctantly gone in to have it checked out. Ever since the shock had blunted, he’d been preparing. When the glasses no longer helped, he'd given up driving and sold his car. He'd taken up learning braille despite his near vision still being passable, just because he knew, eventually, he'd need to.
Thankfully, with over twenty years working at quite the prestigious law firm, he could even prepare for early retirement, a goal he’d already had anyway. He was in his late forties. If he could stick it out for a couple more years doing consultation, there would be enough money to go on for quite a while, (a good thirty, thirty-five years) if he was smart about it .... The point was, he'd planned. He could be okay. He would be fine.
Anthony Crowley had planned his future, in a minimalist flat he knew by heart and a world that would gradually lose its definition.
What he hadn't prepared for was a soft, gentle voice and a bright blur of pale features, and the yearning they would set off like a firework in his heart.

Aziraphale Fell has a careful history of first dates who don't call back because, as a preschool teacher, his vocabulary is full of words like 'potty' and 'drat'. But it's okay, because he loves his job teaching preschool, and sometimes the vocabulary just lingers even when you're on the pull.
Crowley's best friends have a plan. Well, an idea. Because who doesn't love playing matchmaker?

Summary
Aziraphale and Crowley have averted Armageddon and have won, so now they get their happy ending? Right???
Hmmm. Perhaps not. Perhaps there are too many enemies out there, too many ruffled feathers and too much frustrated anger looking for something to take it out on. Or someone.
Aziraphale had never really been that good at standing up for himself, but standing up for others? For Crowley? Well, anyone who thinks he is not going to do that is an idiot. An idiot who will underestimate him at their peril.
