Izuku is older and finally defeats AFO, however he is hit by a rogue quirk later that day which results in him suddenly holding a baby.

AFO is glad that he had backup plans in place in case of his unlikely demise, and is pleased that the quirk which would result in him reincarnating into the next baby born has worked…. until he looks up and sees who is holding him.

Izuku’s friends all assure him that *of course* any baby of his would be super clever, while Izuku is struggling to teach his kid morals.
Baby!AFO (who is absolutely not going to tell ‘dad’ who he was) is looking forward to the day his quirk comes in, but until then is determined to hack Japan’s economy before bedtime. -
