The Fatui Harbinger had been coming to the Angel’s Share for the past few nights. He called himself “Childe”. Diluc was not very fond of him, what with him being with the Fatui and all, but he was a paying customer, so Diluc treated him as he did every other patron. Diluc just wished this Childe guy would treat him like every other bartender.
Childe flirts with Diluc at the tavern, and eventually gets to take the man with the fiery red hair home for the night.

most engaged with is a tweet from a tartaglia updates account with a video of aforementioned tartaglia sitting on the railings of an apartment, legs swinging casually as an all too familiar redhead faces him. diluc’s place is on the top floor, so the quality of the footage is low, but there’s no mistaking it – kaeya’s brother was being chatted up by none other than local superhero-slash-vigilante right at the comfort of his own balcony.
diluc ragnvindr is under the impression he's tangled in a love triangle between roommate ajax romanov and mondstadt city's beloved crimefighter, tartaglia. spoiler alert: he's not.

diluc doesn’t know how he got there, or what came before. lord arlecchino tells him to imagine the axiom of infinity, with his life being the line of symmetry between two unending poles. death is the infinity that awaits him, on the right of the axis and to the left, is life before that memory. as far as she is concerned, diluc’s life began the moment his eyes opened, and he saw blood like an unmoving stream, blood like the red of his hair. diluc, for the most part, agrees.

Diluc lets go. He stumbles as he backs away, and it’s only when he’s at a far enough distance that his lungs expand again, finally allowing him to intake air and breathe.
Diluc doesn't have the words, or the contextual information, to understand why his own body just tried to kill him for trying to kill Tartaglia. These contradictions didn’t so much as wrestle in his rational mind as they contended fiercely in his chest.
