Summary
When Charles Xavier moves to London and buys a house with his boyfriend Warren, he thinks his life is finally coming together in a way that everyone, including himself, has always expected. Erik Lehnsherr, on the other hand, is struggling to keep his life together after his recent divorce, now having to raise his three-year-old by himself. Neither is prepared to meet at work or, in fact, ever again: they have met before, now nearly ten years ago, when they conducted a passionate love affair that was over before it even began. Yet their attraction is still undeniable, and as Erik asks Charles out for a drink, Charles somehow forgets to mention that he's already seeing someone.

On the run for a crime he technically didn't commit, ex-burglar Porthos holes up in the burnt out shell of an old manor house, assuming it to be abandoned. When the owner unexpectedly returns Porthos expects to be evicted, but Athos has a somewhat fluid relationship with the law himself, and takes Porthos on. Initially this is just to renovate the house, but when Athos goes missing on a mission, it may be that Porthos is the only one who can help him...

Musketeers AU set in modern day Paris. After the humiliation of an acrimonious and very public divorce, Athos spirals into a decline, getting drunk and sleeping with every available body. Determined to do better, he makes friends with his neighbour and exchanges his vices for a new healthy lifestyle. All is going well until one of his lovers turns up on the doorstep with a bundle of something that is less joyful and rather more chaotic, turning his life upside down.

The first time d'Artagnan met Athos, he pulled a gun on him, and the ensuing fight ended with d'Artagnan pressed up against the wall of the alley, Athos holding d'Artagnan's own gun under his chin. Athos met his furious gaze with the bluest eyes d'Artagnan had ever seen, obviously angry but still in control; they were jammed chest to chest, and d'Artagnan's heart was pounding with adrenaline but Athos wasn't even breathing hard. That's enough, he'd said.

Post season 2. War with Spain is now over and Treville is struggling to adjust to a permanent position at court as the king's first minister. Out of touch with his Musketeers he is overjoyed to receive a personal visit from Porthos, but after some distressing news about Athos he realises that the ties are too strong to ignore and he will do everything in his power to help.

Summary
Retirement home AU - it's Porthos' first day in his new surroundings, and while his initial attempts at striking up a friendship go awry, it might be that something lasting will come out of what seems like disaster.
(I was writing a completely different fic about retired musketeers and somehow this took over - modern day musketeers in a retirement home. If anyone remembers Waiting For God, it's basically an AU of that, with Athos and Porthos instead of Diana and Tom).

Summary
Present day AU. Trying to get his life back together after losing his house and his job through his drinking, Athos is at rock bottom - at least until he meets Porthos. Athos then has to decide whether to risk losing him again by admitting to the addiction he's still struggling with - and that's not the only problem that's about to get in the way of their budding relationship.
Written for the prompt of "Athos is taking life drawing classes to help him get over his alcohol withdrawal and Porthos is the model."

Porthos has a gift. Both clairaudient and clairvoyant, he's working as part of a university research team who are investigating para-psychological phenomena. With just one more site left to visit, he's looking forward to going home, but the plantation house at Thibodaux proves to have a darker past than anyone was expecting.

Summary
1920's country house murder mystery AU. Porthos has gone to work as chauffeur for Lord Louis and Lady Anne Bourbon. At first life seems good, and he gets on well with his fellow staff - particularly the butler, Athos. But then his employers throw a weekend houseparty and tragedy strikes - and with the amount of intrigue and number of lies uncovered by Inspector Treville it seems that practically all of the guests and staff had both motive and opportunity. And the first death will not be the last.
