Summary
Eddie Munson lost many things throughout his life, but there was always a boy somewhere nearby. Someone to look at, to live through, to daydream about. As Eddie grew up his small crush turned into something that could be considered an obsession. Try as he might to push these feelings away he ultimately falls into the patterns and behaviors of Steve Harringtons stalker.
Around the same time, Steve begins to notice little things changing around his home. Things being left for him, rooms cleaned, clothes washed. He accepts these things as they are, he ignores them, ignores the monster under his bed and allows it to come and go as it pleases.

"Oh come on Harrington, you're going to tell me that you can't dance?"
"I can dance, I just don't want to." Steve lied. He didn't know how to dance. The last time he did it was during his senior prom and even that was just swaying side to side with the occasional dip. Steve didn't have time to learn.
Eddie bent over dramatically, holding his hand out for Steve. "Then would you allow this lowly peasant a dance, your majesty?"
They were alone in an empty parking lot. Nothing but the company of the moon. Music echoed from behind Steve, painfully reminding him what he was supposed to be doing. He was chaperoning the dance for his kids, not flirting with their history teacher but he wasn't sure he'd ever get a chance like this again. The chance to feel the warm embrace of someone who made his heart leap. Was he going to embarrass himself? Oh yeah. But it was going to be worth it.
"I don't think you could keep up, Munson."
