The questions are normal enough. The officer's tone is perfunctory, clipped like a hedgerow, but that's not unusual among the bureaucracy. Citizens are processed first, swiftly, but then, the foreigners –
G'raha mislikes the tone. The way the woman's eye sweeps over Estelle as if she's importing pox on her furs. The way she says, "I suppose that is considered a valid calling in your native Eorzea," and means that in Sharlayan, it is certainly not.
