Summary
Instead of Rukia giving Ichigo her powers, it is instead a young woman named Shiba Kohaku, ex-lieutenant of Squad 13 and twin of Shiba Kaien.
Things don't add up with Ichigo, and Kohaku is suspicious of a possible family connection between them and has taken it upon herself to protect the Kurosaki kids any way she can, all while giving Ichigo the proper tools to protect them as well.
