Summary
Decades have passed since the Cataclysm destroyed nearly half of the world’s population. As deadly creatures roam the earth and chase the last of humanity into extinction, TJ is forced to learn how to survive at a young age. With threats at every corner, both human and non-human, it is not an easy feat. The most difficult one of all? Working with the mystifyingly alluring boy rumored to be the youngest Hunter in recent history: Ian.

Summary
A man stared at him at the bottom of the steps, breathless as he stood frozen. Hands dangled weakly at his sides. His eyes—bright like the golden shimmer on the ocean waves—were wide and unblinking.
Taejoon was as beautiful as Youngwoo remembered.
“If I had known I’d be sharing the afterlife with you, I would’ve showered first,” Taejoon said.
(Or: Youngwoo reunites with his lover after their deaths.)

Summary
“I wore my favorite pair tonight, you know.” Youngwoo tipped his foot up, showing off the white sneaker. Well, it had been white. New York’s streets were especially grimy during rainfalls and the shoe’s color was much closer to a yellow-brownish tint now. Taejoon eyed it, recognizing the light ketchup stain he’d accidentally left on the canvas a year ago.
“Are those mine?”
“You said they were getting too small for you.” Youngwoo wiggled his feet slightly to prove how well they fit him. “You don’t mind, right?”
Taejoon rolled his eyes. “Now you ask me?” He was pretending to be annoyed, but really he was just trying his damndest not to melt into a pathetic puddle of embarrassment and fondness. He’s wearing my things, he mused and felt his hands and cheeks flare up.
(Or: Christmas doesn’t go the way Taejoon planned. Somehow, it all works out in the end.)

Summary
“I’m not going to stand by while people gun you down just to get to me,” Youngwoo said.
Taejoon’s hands fell back to his lap as he laughed. Low, wry. Hollow. “Are you doing it for your sake? Or mine?”
Youngwoo hesitated. The sounds of the hospital commotion behind the closed door diminished to a low buzz as the clock on the wall ticked away. “You know which one it is,” he finally answered.
“Huh,” Taejoon hummed, tone coated with sarcasm. “Is that right? So you care about me now.”
—
The car accident leaves Youngwoo in shambles, forcing him to grapple with the meaning of his choices. Meanwhile, Taejoon’s heart is split in two as unwanted memories threaten to eat him from the inside out. [Set after the season 1 finale]

Summary
Sometimes the hardest battle isn’t enough to change a heart, sometimes all the war and blood in the world isn’t enough to shift a single destiny.
Sometimes a simple touch is enough to break down the strongest of barriers, sometimes a single word is enough to make the world quake.
Sometimes the most reaching of changes comes in the form of a little boy sad enough, strong enough, and kind enough to make friends with a monster.
Sometimes one change makes waves.Naruto has been hearing the rumbling growl in the back of his head for as long as he can remember. He’s seven when he tries to talk to it for the first time. He’s the dead last, the failure at everything, so he doesn’t actually expect to succeed.
And when he’s suddenly standing, knee deep in murky water and face to face with a demon, he has no idea what to expect.
As it turns out, the world could use something unexpected. In which Naruto discovers the real meaning of the word monster, Sasuke discovers power and strength and learns the difference between them, and Sakura discovers that being herself is not as selfish as she thought.
Where Kakashi learns to fight again for what he loves, and Obito never stopped.Series

Summary
The night Ozai tries to take the throne goes much differently. With Ozai and Ursa dead, and Azulon mortally wounded, Iroh is forced to take the throne- and to adopt his orphaned niece and nephew. Years later, Zuko is the heir to the throne, and Azula is not happy about it. Short of outright assassination (which she hasn't entirely ruled out), there's only one way to take the throne from Zuko- find and capture the Avatar, to show that she is the worthier heir. Of course, things are never that simple.

Summary
“May I help you?”
“This is a nice shop.”
“Mm. Thanks. It’s decent enough.”
“Hm. Obito?”
The man finally reached his front counter and squinted at his generic name tag, one he wore for show. He glanced down at his chest to see his neat handwriting, then he shrugged his shoulders. He stopped leaning on the glass display, standing up so he could be closer to eye level with his surprise customer. He thought the man would at least pretend to be interested in something he had for sale, but he was the focal point and his shop was simply the unwanted background. The man made eye contact with him and he knew the man was trying to charm him, to lull him into a state of calm to make feeding on him easier; in reality, it was the kindest way to feed from a human, and not every vampire chose to be kind. He could be quite the clown, under the right circumstances, so he held eye contact and played along.

Summary
I set the fire, Mizu had confessed thickly into Taigen's ear, when their mouths were still filled with ash, eyes half-sealed with tears from acrid smoke.
Did you have a choice? Taigen had asked as a response, hauling them forward another step across a bridge, toward another life.
Mizu had fallen silent—so silent that Taigen lifted his chin in worry that he had drawn his final breath without Taigen's permission.
No, the not-samurai had told him then. I did not have a choice.
And Taigen believed it.
Fool.
+
Post season 1 canon divergence.
Taigen crosses the bridge to pursue happiness with Mizu instead.
