Every court he enters, he does so with the utmost intention of winning. Usually, he does so without any problems. In walks Charles Leclerc, golden boy, adored by the crowds, playing in a way Verstappen had never seen before. Graceful in every moment, in and out of the courts, Max can't help the urge to make Leclerc's façade fall.
Except he should be focused on the win and keeping his name as the world's very best, and not Leclerc's picture-perfect smile.

The weirdest part of all of it had nothing to do with the sex itself.

Or- maybe he was just being polite. Just felt bad after not remembering Oscar’s name, and wanted to reconcile that with some added gesture that he’d never actually follow through with.Regardless of his reasoning, Oscar pushed the thoughts away as soon as he’d left Lando’s apartment, doing his absolute best to return to normal life as it had been before.

Lando's the reigning world champion. Oscar's his new race engineer. They do not work together well. But they have one goal. Make Lando a back-to-back World Champion.
Cue teambuilding, radio fights, Lando and Daniel fighting for the title and Oscar and Lando learning to be a team.
