    Summary

“Jeez, okay, fine! Yes,” he admitted, nobly and honourably and definitely not with a pout, “perhaps I’m somewhat mildly in want of entertainment right now. Sue me!”

He heard Healy huff out a low laugh, one that seeped through the phone line to skate down each notch of March’s spine.

“And you called me for that?”

    —

or: it’s late. it’s hot. march can’t sleep. clearly, the only logical solution is to call his business partner at one in the morning.
    y’know. like buddies do.

    Summary

It’s got a typical tropical beach scene with the standard “Wish You Were Here” in cursive over the aqua blue of the ocean. When Roy turns it over, he feels like the writing is vaguely familiar, but it isn’t until his eyes drop to the bottom that he sees it’s from Jamie.

    Hey Coach,

I know you said you didn’t want to tag along with the lads and me, but figured you might still want to see just what you’re missing out on.

Can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually miss seeing your grumpy face every day. See ya soon!

    Xx Jamie.

Roy and Jamie fall in love with the help of souvenir shops and the postal service.
