Jason’s not stupid. His dad used to swat his head and tell him he was too smart for his own good, and maybe he was right. Because Jason knows enough to know he fucked up. Ever since getting to Ma Gunn’s, it was made very obvious that the kids there had one of two purposes — drug runners for Ma or bargaining chips with Gotham’s mob families.
Jason refuses to run drugs. So Ma Gunn gives him to Gotham's most infamous crime boss — Bruce Wayne.

Thrust suddenly into parenthood and hiding what happened to make him a parent in the first place, Dick must decide, adjust, and accept - and no matter what, the family has to pull together to help him.
Unfortunately, the Red Hood, a newcomer to the Gotham crime scene with a grudge, has his own ideas about Bat-family togetherness. Giving them time and space to work things out peacefully isn't one of them.

Summary
Jason didn’t know when it started. If he thought about it, he remembered the bright light that surrounded his mom in her last days. After that, he noticed the way some people lit up, outlined in a growing brightness that emitted from the edges of their beings. The brighter the individual, the closer they were to death.
At the parties that Bruce insisted on dragging him to, he expected the dim light from the tired old businessmen who drank too much and were limping closer to their ends, glowing a little more every time Jason saw them.
What he did not expect was for the 12-year-old neighbor kid to light up like a damn Christmas tree the second Jason laid his eyes on him.

As a result, his family must now race against time to find the antidote, while also having to deal with a Bruce who still thinks Jason is Robin. A Bruce who doesn't recognise most of them. A Bruce far less jaded and cynical than the one they're used to. A Bruce who still cares. -

Tim did not enjoy being on his knees. It was uncomfortable, it was degrading, and usually he was forced. Unfortunately, he’d been doing it for the past two hours. The only thing that kept him clinging to sanity was the fact that he had tights. Otherwise it would be his bare knees scraping the floor.
He didn’t know when Batman would come. Bruce had told him in no uncertain terms that unless there was a clear chance for escape, he was to wait for Batman to show up. Tim ignored the fact that it hadn’t worked last time. At this rate, Hood would find him first. Tim was pretty sure he was in Crime Alley, anyway.
“Get the brat ready. We start in ten. All the big dogs are showin’. We can’t afford to fuck this up.”
Or; Tim is in trouble. A certain crime lord comes to the rescue, but things don't go quite to plan. Green is more relevant than Tim would like. Maybe it's not as bad as it seems, though.
