Merlin was preparing for his concert tonight excited as it was the closing of his world tour, this last year had been total madness with more than 60 performances around the world and as usual his last show was in Avalon and being here was good for him. brought back many memories
After Arthur's death things had been difficult, he hadn't returned to Camelot and he had isolated himself, he couldn't stand being close to anyone, he had sent letters to Camelot to explain his absence and his reasons for not being able to return, he only had a conversation with his mother before deciding that the best thing for him was to leave Albion.....
Jasper: The dancers are ready, the lights are ready, you just need to approve the list of songs, Colin.- the blond boy said as he looked at his tablet, making sure he had everything ready.
Merlin (Colin): oh sure Jas of course.- Merlin replied, being brought back to reality by listening to Jasper
Jasper: great, do you need something else or I can...- asked the blonde quite nervous to finish his sentence
Merlin who had seen the change in attitude no doubt noticed the reason for the nervousness.
Merlin (Colin): Go ahead, I can do the rest myself, you can get ready for your date.- Merlin replied with a smile that made Jasper blush
Jasper: ehh thanks I'm just a little nervous I haven't seen Amir in a long time and although the long distance relationship has worked I want to be able to spend as much time as possible with him.
Jasper: I mean, don't be offended, I know I'm your assistant and I have a lot of work to do and I'm aware of how lucky I am to have this job that many would wish for on my own.
Merlin (Colin): Jasper calm down I completely understand you need time with your boyfriend so go ahead, I still hope to meet Amir in person after the concert is over
Jasper: yes of course, just promise me you won't make fun of him if he faints he still can't believe I work for Colin Emrys
Merlin (Colin) : haha well I promise now go you don't want to be late
Jasper: Thanks you're the best!! .- said the blonde leaving the dressing room with a big smile
Merlin who was now the only person in the room couldn't help but let out a laugh at the scene, Jasper was more than an assistant he was a great friend and he had the talent to organize all the concerts with incredible speed without a doubt Amir was a lucky man
That was one of the things that had changed the most in Merlin after so many years, in Camelot he had never had time to question his sexuality he had kissed Gwen once and had been ready to elope with Freya and if he had to admit it Morgana was undoubtedly once the definition of beauty
But now more than 1500 years later Merlin knew that he was Bisexual, he wished the word existed when he was in Camelot remembering all the times when he had a thought out of place with some man
He now he could admit without fear that he considered Gwain's hair beautiful or his attitude quite daring or how about Lancelot with his knight in shining armor persona.
But it was also impossible for him to deny that without realizing it he had been deeply in love with Arturo, those feelings were covered by a thin layer of sadness, he could never tell Arturo even though to be fair a part of him was fine with that, he didn't know how he would have reacted the blond upon hearing that, although having that kind of taste was not penalized by Camelot law as the use and possession of magic was undoubtedly frowned upon, Merlin remembers hearing the rumors when he was still a servant in the castle and bad words they used to attack those people even to the point of leaving the kingdom , aside there was the undeniable fact ( by now ) that Arthur Pendragon was straight he had married Gwen obviously and Merlin was fine with that after all this time Merlin was able to separate the past from its present
Merlin (Colin): Well, time to get ready, you have a show to give.- he said to himself as he began to get ready.

The city of Avalon was also getting ready for the Merlin concert, all the screens in the city were announcing the sold out for tonight's show as well as photos and videos of past concerts and as usual the Colin Emrys fans were getting ready to the great preparing their outfits
Many of them attended the concerts with clothes referring to some song, style or character that Merlin had ever done.

If you were to ask Arturo how it feels to die and then live again, well, he couldn't describe the sensation, he remembers the pain of his mortal wound, he remembers the feeling of running out of energy, he remembers...the security and warmth of be hugged and then ..... nothing
Nothing as if his body lost all ability to feel anything without being able to feel anything around him, just a slight thought in his mind, a murmur that he cannot understand what he is trying to tell him, only that each time he hears himself louder and louder
And then he breathes again
With a breath of air as if he felt he was drowning, the blonde walks out of the lake as best he can. It takes him a long time to understand how to breathe again. He doesn't understand what has happened. He doesn't understand where he is. there by the lake it is only when his breathing stabilizes that his brain seems to catch up

It is the thought that hits the blond the fastest, his servant, his best friend, he is a sorcerer, he has magic, he always had it, Merlin's words come back to his memory, his last memories with his best friend and his last words... .thank you ..he remembers the moment his eyes closed he remembers the moment of his death ..and with a sudden surge of energy he stands up, ready to scream for his friend
Until Arturo is finally aware of his surroundings, Avalon, the lake where Merlin was going to take him to heal his wound, the sun is almost hidden, it is sunset and around him on the shore of the lake he sees 8 people, 8 people who never He thought about seeing again, 8 people who, like him, are beginning to wake up
Arthur Pendragon doesn't know what's going on but he knows that something important must have happened for him to be here alive.
Something very big must have happened for him to see his best 5 knights, his wife and his worst 2 enemies here alive in front of him.
It would seem to be too much for him, that's when his legs give out and he falls back to the ground being taken to unconsciousness, he hears someone shout his name but he can't figure out who it is.
Just a thought in his head before he passed out
