Summary
For 29-year-old Omega Will Graham life is gone to hell, his husband died and he is all alone in a world that doesn't allow Omegas to work. Poor and lonely he agrees to re-marry one of Jack Crawford's friends.
39-year-old Hannibal Lecter lost his wife a year ago and wants nothing more than to build a family to provide for. When he meets Will he is too eager to marry and claim him to do so.
But Will has no idea of the secrets Hannibal keeps, and when he finds the diary of his late wife, Bedelia, things start to get very dark. Is Hannibal as dark as his wife implies? And, will that darkness stain even Will as he tries to please his Alpha with submission and pups?

The last of the set was a beach landscape, with two silhouettes in the far distance walking along the shore. Upon further examination, there were three sets of footprints in the sand, and there was a third figure between the two taller ones. A child, holding the adults' hands. At first he thought maybe the child represented Mischa, knowing that Hannibal sometimes still thought of her, or perhaps even Abigail, but when he looked up and opened his mouth to ask about the drawing, he was met with Hannibal looking expectantly at him, with his arms crossed in front of his stomach.
“Hannibal...” he said slowly. “Are you...trying to tell me what I think you're trying to tell me?”

Or, Hannibal and Will settle into a quiet life after the fall, making new identities for themselves. And now the powers that be have decided to grant them a family. -

But that can't be the end of their story and so Will follows Hannibal to Florence, hoping the find out the truth and have his alpha back. Surprises and Obstacles stand in his way, but Will refuses to give up.

When Hannibal hears a commotion down the hall at the hospital, naturally he goes to investigate. When he finds out that the omega patient, a Mr. Will Graham, is struggling so hard that the doctors are having difficulties handling him, naturally he is intrigued. And when he finds out that the on-call OBGYN has been delayed, naturally he steps in to deliver Will's baby himself.
Dr. Hannibal Lecter can do anything, after all. Including deliver someone else's baby while minutes away from going into labor himself.

He decides to at least meet with the father to make a decision on what to do, the only thing he knows is that the Alpha and Will must be extremely compatible for Will to fall pregnant outside of his heat.

Five years ago, Hannibal's mate died, leaving him with their young daughter. He's tried to move on, but Abigail keeps interrupting his sleep and insisting that she can see her mother in her room at night. Hannibal turns to Alana for help, and Alana gives Abigail a doll, someone to talk to and help her accept her mother's passing. Once the doll arrives, though, strange things start happening in Hannibal's house. It's impossible to consider, of course, but if anyone could defy death and return to them from beyond the grave, it would be Will.
