"Formula One is back in action with a new season. A season that has disrupted some pretty epic partnerships..." the announcer was saying over the microphone as everyone got in their cars. Aziraphale and James Potter were in the blacks of Mercedes while Crowley and Regulus Black were in the reds of Ferrari. Two partnerships pulled apart by the contracts. Was there a reason? A rift?
Or, the one where Aziraphale and Crowley are now racing for different teams and their connection is developing in more than one ways... while it seems like James and Regulus are actually drifting apart from their relationship.

“What.. What about me then?" He finally manages to choke out.
Regulus closes his eyes tightly as he answers, his chest going up and down with slow breathing. “I would still look for you. Everywhere and anywhere. When I find you, finally, I will choose you. Then, I'll fall in love with you."
“You'll choose me? Even when you could have a better life?"
Regulus smiles warmly then, eyes closing and rosy lips twitching. Even though it’s a smile, James can read the sadness behind it. He has spent years studying every curve and line of Regulus's expressions.
“You are my better life, James." he says, softly.
Or maybe, it’s another story about Regulus Black and James Potter—two people trying their hardest to stay apart, only to realise they can’t.
So instead, they fall in love. A love that’s followed by jealousy, betrayal, frustration, and the inevitable heartbreak.
Will they get better?
