Hearing the news of a trio of Tobots in the big city being an 'open system', or being able to be piloted by anybody, has been the talk among the Tobot pilots.
Come to think of it, having anybody being able to pilot Tobot C and Tobot R definitely sounds efficient, afterall they are Rescue Tobots.
