The Life series is a show created by Ren and Martyn for the members to participate and clear some drama in the air. It works for most people, but Pearl and Gem still hold on to that grudge. Does it matter if neither can remember why they don't like each other? The other people of Pelican town are determined to get the two to become friends. Even by taking matters into their own hands.
The lifers live in Pelican town, each having their own jobs within the valley. The shows happen annually and this one is known as either "The Game of Time" or "Past Life". Pearl has to work alongside Gem and hope that no conversation of the past comes up. Good luck to her.

The residents of Pelican Town have to defend themselves against a zombie outbreak, trying to survive for as long as possible. Hope is diminishing. Tension is rising. Family members are being picked off one by one. All the while, the wizard is preoccupied with trying to halt the oncoming end of the world.

Shane reached out, grabbing the girl’s hands and squeezing them.
“You’re one of the smartest kids I know. You’ve got no reason to listen to Vincent because he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Don’t let him make you sad. I mean, you know what sad Jas is, right?”
Shane watched as her small, reserved smile greeted him. Honestly, he had no idea how he’d managed to lure it out.
In a small voice, Jas peeped out, “The Blues.”
“Exactly. And school time is no time for The Blues.”
