Life had never particularly handed Ianthe Tridentarius anything before, so why should it now? She was the second born, the child lacking charisma and gravitas and looks and likeability, and now, apparently, she was the mundane one. Nothing to be done about it; necromancy didn't manifest out of nowhere, not this late. She certainly wasn’t giving up, announcing her failure to the world. She had no interest in throwing in the towel, becoming a cavalier or some such unimpressive, brute nonsense. She would work with what she did have.

When he lets Timoteo in on this particular problem, Timoteo decides that the best thing is to send a cloud to Namimori to bond with Tsuna. Perhaps a full guardianship will be enough to draw out the boy's sky flames.
Reborn isn't the least bit surprised when that plan falls apart.
