And many other legendary heroes.But what if everything was mixed?
Izuku was born to Rei and Enji while Shouto was born to Inko and Hisashi.
Katsuki was born with an "evil quirk" while Hitoshi was born with a mighty one.
And so much more is changed.OR
This is essentially a swap au where the character origins are swapped and events are changed drastically. Swaps might be family swaps, backstory swaps, power swaps etc. A swap is between characters is the exchange of one of the fundamentals of the character. I am not just changing the name. The backstories will be altered, character growth, motivation, personalities etc. For eg, just because Katsuki and Hitoshi are swapped doesn't mean that their quirks are too, they are gonna have completely different quirks. Shouto and Izuku are swapped that doesn't mean that Shouto is quirkless or that he's gonna have One for All. It's a complete shift.

It drastically changes the nature of his relationship with Katsuki, for one. It also exacerbates his reckless streak, but fortunately his Quirk does a fairly decent job at keeping him safe from harm.
It does not however, prevent him from getting dragged into (and occasionally causing) one completely absurd situation after another.

Mukuro didn’t ask why. He understood well enough. He hadn’t trusted Byakuran in the beginning since the man was a Mist, and Mist were tricky. Troublesome. Traitors, usually. Then, he understood even more after he started to live with the Gesso Famiglia. Byakuran was not only a Mist, and a strong one at that, but he had times where he lost his connection with this reality. To most, this would seem like a burden.
To Mukuro, Byakuran was not a burden.
