With the help of the internet archives of Earth, knowledge of the person she has gotten, and her faithful cat, Cross intends to give the best damn Secret Santa present in Mira, to one half of a couple also celebrating their first Christmas together.

And then there's the once-rookie, Cross, feeling the boredom of having to stay in one place for an undetermined amount of time.

A story a day, using the prompts from the excellent Xenotober Squad, all for Xenoblade X. Sometimes the stories interconnect. Chapters 1-12 are set in the world of OC NPCs and the skell refueling station run by Lila Brown OC. Later: Frye messes with some NPCs, with Irina and then with Doug. Lin and Tatsu argue and eat other people's food. Hope goes on a date, kind of. We consider laundry in NLA. Chapters 19-28 connect for a mission with OC friends + Frye that doesn't go well. Ending with Lin and Tatsu behaving badly and then finding a haunted house. Tatsu tells a scary story!
These went up on fanfiction dot net first, but I promised to get the chapters here and now I have! You can still drop a suggestion and see what happens next year.
