Nova has always wanted a normal life. It’s been hard for her, growing up alone, only left to Karut's cruel realities. She had to fight to survive, eventually learning how to live. Though when she was younger, she never thought she’d be the Backup of one of the better Rescue Corp’s Groups. The forty-second group, located at the HQ in Karut. It’s a dream come true for most, though Nova has never really been a part of most. They didn’t seem to care for her, so she didn’t care for them. She knew that they were good at their job, but not the best. So when she heard about their departure to save some lost soul on an unknown planet, she was skeptical about their return. She was right to be skeptical.

Summary
Captain Olimar is trying to return home before his third child is born. An unexpected meteor throws a serious wrench in his plans. Now he's stranded on an alien planet with a broken ship. To complicate matters, he's the one currently pregnant with his about-to-be-born third child.
Luckily, the planet Olimar crashed on is home to an alien species that seems eager to help him repair his ship. But the clock is ticking towards both the baby's due date and the failure of his life support, and the planet is full of many other dangers. Will the Pikmin's help be enough to get him home before it's too late?

Pom finds herself on yet another trip to the planet PNF-404, and finds that something has changed. For once, something changed, and yet, it’s something that sets off a chain reaction everywhere, and Pom is only left confused on what changed, and why she’s been given a chance to escape this never ending nightmare.

Olimar jumped, seeming to have been lost in thought. He sighed, turning away from Dingo to pet Moss.
Dino darted forward, grabbing Olimar’s arm and forcing the hocation to look at him.
“I read the logs; I know you didn’t find the dog until after you got leafed.”
Olimar yanked his arm back with a hiss and Dingo saw a small flash of Olimar’s yellow eyes. Seemingly realising that Dingo wasn’t going to be deterred, he leaned his weight into Moss, who whined, trying to reach him to lick at his helmet.
“…I told her the version of the story I’m going to tell my kids.” Olimar’s voice was barely above a whisper.
