Summary
Here we will have a lot of POVs that either don't fit in with the main story, or are too short to be a proper chapter. We will have full on OC perspectives, as well as chapters from bigger characters that won't have multiple POV chapters of their own.
The first is Abinthy, from chapter 5 of For Want of a Better Beginning, and his interactions with our favorite straw boi.
Chapter two is going to be a Boq chapter, that will be released alongside a Glinda chapter in the main fic.

Her only hope of returning home is to walk for many miles along a yellow brick road, a simple instruction if not incredibly vague. Nothing is fine, but Dorothy straightens her shoulders and pretends for a moment that this is just a normal day with normal happenstances.
She is alone until she meets the Scarecrow. He is her first friend in Oz. She cherishes him all the more for that.

The land of Oz Is divided into 12 districts and was ruled by the capitol.
Every year the capital hosts the annual Wicked Games. 2 tributes from each district are put in an arena and all 24 tributes are brought to The Emerald City before being placed in an arena where they must fight until only one remains.
16 year old Elphaba Thropp from district 12 volunteers as tribute for the games this year to save her younger sister, Nessarose.
Elphaba and fellow tribute Fiyero get brought to the capitol to begin preparations for the games.
Elphaba doesn’t believe she can make out of this alive. But perhaps a certain blonde career tribute can give her some new life.

This a multi-chaptered fantasy series about what would have happened if at some point during Defying Gravity Glinda decided to go with Elphaba(your choice as to exactly when). So it's AU but everything in the 2024 movie(or 1st act of the musical) is canon. That includes deleted scenes. This story picks up right after the 2024 movie ended only now both Elphaba and Glinda find themselves alone in The Vinkus labeled wicked witches and enemies of Oz. And you'll find out that Glinda's choice to stick by her friend not only changed her fate but the fate of all those in her circle.
