At first, Wheels had thought this doc was just a series of notes they thought would prove helpful, but the notes were increasingly interspersed with ominous theories and dire warnings.

In which Clone Force 99 is kept separate from the rest of the clones during the war, still experimented on and used as mostly a special ops team with assassin tendencies primarily by the Kaminoans. Lonely as children, they developed a tendency to people watch, and their favorite subject was Echo in his cadet days. When Rex brings Echo home after Skako Minor and Echo is assigned to be decommissioned and dissected, the Bad Batch steps in to stop that from happening.
