Jason!Neal going to a gym frequented by navy guys, and they tell Jones about this non-navy guy who they call “blue eyes” who hands them their asses. And then in walks Neal.
Jones is like. “Hey Neal. What are you doing here?”
Jason: “I work out here”
Jones: “makes sense. You don’t get muscle like that by painting.”
And then all of the navy guys are like “you know Blue Eyes?”
Jones: “You’re Blue Eyes?”

Eyes flare in the dark.

Summary
It’s always a bad time when a bat intrudes on a Red Hood case. Jason doesn't take kindly to interference of any sort and Dick is the epitome of an unwanted irritant. The night would have been easier for both of them had Dick not recognized Jason by tits alone. It's all distraction from there. Hardly ideal circumstances when trying to outplay the mob.
