Summary
The Dark turtles are doing their best to start a new life and be good, but after a misunderstanding involving a robbery of O'Neil tech the brothers find themselves with criminal charges and possible arrest. Cody and his new body guard, Usagi Miyamoto, want to help prove the turtle's innocence, and Cody even offers to let the turtles live with him, Usagi, and Starlee at his home. The dark turtles want to prove to Cody that they've changed, and everyone, even Dark Don, hopes they can all become friends.

This is a rewrite of an old fic I had written back in 2016 on WattPad.

In the year 2105, the turtles and PIE have a lot to deal with. One such thing is the familiar, yet different, faces of clones created of them by Sh’Okanabo and sold to the shady businessman Darius Dun. These Dark Clones only exist to destroy them, but something is… off about them.Dark Ghost and Dark Toast were the only clones made of the PIE members who had arrived in the future with the turtles by accident from Cody Jone’s time window malfunction. Dark Ghost is seen as the runt of the bunch, struggling to survive in their cutthroat environment. Dark Toast is seen as one not to be messed with, willing to kill anyone who stands in his way.
When the Dark Clone’s plan to destroy the turtles and PIE goes awry, the question of nature vs nurture comes to the test as one of the dark clones begins to question their existence.

TMNT 2012 X DARK TURTLES FUSION AU
Using the four turtle brothers' DNA, Dr. Stockman manages to mutate four turtles into twisted, dark versions of the ninja turtles. But these four were brash, cold, skillful but lost, and clueless of the world they live in. They have minds of their own and does not seem to want to follow Shredder's orders.
They escaped almost a year of their creation. But with Shredder and the Foot searching for them in the city, they have to stay hidden. With only each other for company, they learned to rely on each other.
But even then, it seems that they still have plenty to learn about.
