“hhh--Crowley, w--wait…” Aziraphale croaks a bit breathlessly and Crowley pauses, pulls back, eyes darting, an appraisal for signs of distress or discomfort and mind immediately racing...shit, did he do something wrong? He’s trying to get out of the habit of immediately leaping to the worst conclusions, but, well...old habits die hard.
“All right, angel?” He whispers, placing a kiss to Aziraphale’s cheek. He looks...nervous? Crowley feels the angel’s strong thighs contract slightly under him, watches the way his eyes dart nervously to the empty tea cup on the nightstand. His hands have fallen away from Crowley’s hair and he’s twisting them nervously together between them.
“I should...well, that is to say, I...er…I need to--” Crowley also glances at the teacup, then back at Aziraphale, who isn’t quite meeting his eyes. The angel squirms again.

Variation of the ending of episode 6, season 2, (spoiler) because, strangely, the kiss and the end of the conflict didn't feel quite organic to me. Now it's somehow become a bit more tragic.
