Summary
After rejecting another "hangout" night with Stolas, Blitzo finds himself bothered that Stolas wants a serious relationship with Blitzo even though he's married. He goes for his monthly session with Stolas, but afterwards finds the journal of Stolas while trying to find something to read. Curious, and thinking there was great blackmail material, Blitzo learns why Stolas is so serious about making him his lover.
Long ago, when he was young, Stolas had a friend and lover who was also an imp by the name of Lenzo.
And he believes Blitzo is his reincarnation.

Striker struggles to rebuild Blitz as well as their crumbling relationship- but it's harder than he thinks, especially with a pesky Goeita sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. Blitz- had run away to wrath- in the past, for some horse-riding lessons where he met and fell in love. Only to wake up one morning with the serpent's mating mark. That was several years ago- it felt like a lifetime to Striker.
Stolas doesn't know the envious monster lurking behind the eyes of a serpent as his sentient shadow lurks within the corridors of the Goeitic mansion. But when Fizzouali decides that he has had enough and is the one to raise the Harlequin, the serpent and the owl will have to go through him to reclaim "The Serpent's mate."

Blitzo remembers the expression on the agent's face as Stolas had emerged from her mouth; the way the eyes shone dead, hollow, the blood struggling to flow from muscles that would atrophy in seconds. The trembling, almost manic giggle she had given after. He thinks of Stolas touching his face; the apartment he and Loona shares, the feeling of wrapping Millie and Moxxie in his arms. Would they even know where to find him? Would they try to? What if they ended up in the trap as well? What if, what if, what if—Do it, he tells Stolas.

There’s a reason that stupid drug trip had Stolas up on that white and gold pedestal, perfect and powerful and unattainable and the closest thing to Heaven that he would ever reach. But this is anything but heavenly, anything but white and gold and full of light and clean and gorgeous; this is the darkness crawled out of the underbelly of the hellscape they’re doomed to and given life- red and black and dark and dripping gore on the floor, terrifying but still so gorgeous, still so, so gorgeous.

He’d hung up the phone and resisted the urge to smash it. It was infuriating—every single time he tried to reach out, it was always Millie, Millie, Millie. It made sense, they were married or whatever, but did Blitzo mean nothing? Logically, he knew it was unfair to ask Moxxie for anything other than a compatible boss and coworker relationship. Moxxie wasn’t obligated to be his friend, let alone anything more than that—and that was the exact moment it hit him.
Why’s he thinking about being “more than friends” with his employee? His married employee? His straight employee?
Or; the fic in which when Blitzo is presented with a truth-serum, the hidden feelings he'd kept inside about his employee, Moxxie, come out into open air—whether he likes it or not.
